My stepbrother asked me to be his POA, and since that has happened he has went in and out of the Hospitals and nursing homes with his health problems. Ronnie my step brother
lost his right leg. because of a staff infection. Now he can't remember anything and my other stepsister has taken over and they have accused me of stealing from them. The got a Detective to interrogate me, and she was not a mediator, she was and is still on their side. They asked for documents and proof on where his money was spent, and I gave that to them, but in the meantime I had Congested Heart Failure, which was caused by all this upset. And my doctor wanted me in the hospital , but I asked to stay at home. The detective Katey Croner came at me again and asked for more stuff, some of that stuff my brother lost going from one nursing home to another. I told her no, I cannot get upset, it would hurt my heart. And she said ok, I am going to submit what I have to the DA, and tell them you refused. Well I got worried and called the DA, and she talked to me and told me she has not submitted anything as of yet. I explained to her that she threatened me and she was going to file the papers with you the DA. I just wanted her to know that my health will not allow me to ago to her office and be interrogated again. We had to move him out of his rental, and move his stuff into a storage unit. He said he did not authorize that, but he did. And he would not let me use his credit card to pay for his nursing home care or any
thing else. I had to draw out the money for his rent at the bank with $300. increments, his rent was $775. at his rental, and $2,01.43 at the nursing home he chose, for himself to stay at. And now my stepsister and her daughters came up with just a withdrawal page of money they are saying I owe. But I gave them all the info I had on the withdrawals. They put it on the paper as if it were drawn out 3 withdrawals in one day, but Wells Fargo will only let you draw out $ 300. once a day. He's trying to tell me I owe him, over $14,000. And that I should of kept up his rent at his rental, I told him we couldn't. We would have had to pay $775. his rent plus our own rent of $1,000. He can't remember he told us to go on ahead and move him. He even called the Notary Public a lier and said she forged his signature on the Finance POA papers. Their was 2 other witnesses, they were from the first nursing home he went to. My step brother and sister have thrown me under the bus many times. My doctor says I can't go thru anymore of their accusing me of things I'm not doing. cjdev77@gmail.com
