Legal Zoom charges my credit card twice, website is horrible has false information, no email contact! - Lasy Will


I bought a comprehensive package of POA, Living Trusts, and Last Wills for my wife and I. I called before purchase, because in the past I had purchased a Gold will, and the bundle only referenced Basic. The customer no-service rep told me that Gold was discontinued and all the features were part of Basic. I did the will, got all the way to the end, and it told me I could purchase Gold for 59.95. I assumed that meant the difference in price between the Basic and Gold, but my card was charged the full $59.00! Furthermore, it warned me that I had not completed the Pet Guardianship that comes with Gold, but upon going back in to revise, that was not visible, and it wants to charge me AGAIN for the Gold package!!

The website states that they are open both Sat and Sunday: Here is the text copied from the site and pasted below:

S/S clearly means Saturday and Sunday, but when I tried to call them today, they are closed.

IMPOSSIBLE to send an email, the only contact method is a call. For all future voice interaction I will be recording the conversations!
