I engaged Legal Zoom to help with a trademark. I repeatedly asked questions if there was a problem with the trademark getting approved and the lady kept saying they could correct an office action if one occurred. Well my trademark got an office action and the lawyer is saying it must be abandoned and start over. I called Legal Zoom and their response is sorry, after the trademark is submitted, there are no refunds. They gave me wrong information and now I'm out $732 and no trademark!

Do not give them your money too.
