THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. We called them to replace two locks on our residential front doors and service doors. When the service man arrived we asked for a quotation. He told us don't worry, I will look after you.
He worked on the locks while my husband and I were at work. After the two locks were installed we received a whopping invoice for $3,700.00. Shocked, we called the office and the Roberto tried to justify why the invoice was of that amount. We told them the price was ridiculous and we would never have proceeded had we know this is what they would be doing. He suddenly dropped the price from $3,700 to $2,500. Knowing we were being had here, we told them to take their locks and leave. The serviceman then asked us how much would you like to pay. After bickering with our kids, the kids headed to the bank machine where they withdrew $900 to pay the service man.
When we returned home, we the locks were poorly installed and was not working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE THEY DO BUSINESS UNDER MANY NAMES.
