Phone reps are obviously minimum wage--horrid company - Wills
Well that was a waste of $82 for a will! I asked:
Me: "Where do I put my beneficiary's name or social security number?" Legal Zoom : I can't answer legal questions.
Me: What about their addresses?
LZ; I can't answer legal questions.
Me: "How do I get copies for my beneficiaries?
LZ: I can't answer legal questions---Shall I set you up with one of our lawyers?
Me: Forget it!
