It's all started when I used Legalzoom to take care my company business licenses, and somehow I couldn't find copy of the invoice. So I requested an email on 12/09 if they can email me copy of my invoice. I kept requested couple more times 12/ 14 & 12/15 since no response, finally somebody responded and told me it wasn't the correct email and directed to submit the request online. So I submitted my request online on 12/15, and their auto response came back with incident #Incident: 091215-000930 and statement; "Thank you. Your inquiry has been received by our Customer Support Team. One of our Customer Support specialists will review your inquiry and respond within one business day. Did you know you can quickly find the answers to many of your questions at the LegalZoom Customer Support Center? Visit anytime to check the status of your order, look up the answers to commonly asked questions, or browse our easy-to-read Education Center. Then on 12/17, I received an email response

12/21 I received the email from them but it was blank email, and I responded and until today I have not received anything from them.

For simple inquiry such as copy of my invoice, Legalzoom failed to deliver a good customer service as they stated to take care this within 1-2 business days. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with Legalzoom especially after I spent few hundred dollars that I thought the process will make my life easy. I regret to use their service, will not use their service again in the future and will not recommend their service to anyone.
