This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
I'm working with them now and unfortunately i'm really disappointed in their services. 1) You call and you have to wait at least 30 min to speak with someone (their phone system doesn't tell you what place you are in line and the estimated wait time). You can leave a #, however, i've waited an hour sometimes and never heard from them so don't know if the call back system really works. 2) You have to keep on top of them. I sent in my signed paperwork and I had requested for USPS to let me know the delivery date. It was delivered saturday and by the following thursday it still was not logged on my status simply as 'received'. I had to call and inquire. I can't wait for this to be over and hope there aren't any other issues or hidden fees which I see in some of the other review.
