After a payment could not be processed, Legal Zoom continued to charge my card everyday until the payment could be processed. Causing overdrafts . The day the payment went through, I was unable to pay important bills . When I called on Wednesday ,September 17th, to get the charges refunded, so that I could pay other bills due and legal zoom, two days later on Friday, September 19th, I was told that because the payment had already been processed, I couldn't get a refund. I am a loyal customer and all I was asking for was TWO DAYS. Now I have overdrafts and I am in the hole with other very important bills! I am a very disappointed and disatisfied with this service as of now
