  • Unauthorized Charges



    This ticket has been resolved or replied to by this company. I created a corporation with Legalzoom and Have repeatedly contacted Legal Zoom cancel unauthorized services for over three months now. The customer service contact has never answered the phoneline provided, does not return phonecalls and has not taken any steps to resolve my issue. Legalzoom has charged over $700 of unauthorized charges at this point and still does not respond to my requests. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau today after this complaint. More...

  • Mispelled my company's name TWICE



    Legalzoom couldn’t even spell my company’s name right. I didn’t want to spend the time to file my LLC and EIN myself so I thought that Legalzoom would be quick, easy, and I wouldn’t have to worry about any mistakes, how wrong I was. When I received my EIN and LLC paperwork back the company’s name was misspelled on BOTH in two completely separate ways, but all the emails they sent me had the company’s name correct (so I obviously didn’t enter it wrong).   • hassle-frustrated



    i filed my llc,buisness license with legal zoom 12-14-11. i haven't heard anything from legalzoom at all. i decided to call secretary of state (ca) and they told me my paper work was processed 12-20-11. where has my paper work been,im paying insurance and rent on a buisness i cant use cause legal zoom is m.i.a with my paper work. called legal zoom 2-6-12 and was told they would call me back within 48hrs. im going to call my local news and write the governor about legal zoom cause they stole nearly 600 dollars from me and from all of the others that have complained on forums. totally...     I really do not understand why I cannot receive a refund for a Business Package ($74.99) I have yet to receive. I was told that everything would be in my LLC package when I received it on July 21, 2010. I called the moment I noticed my Business License Package was not in my Express Gold Package.     I thought that LegalZoom would do more research on the quality of the legal services they recommend. I retained an attorney you recommended called Legal Helpers. I could not be more dissatisfied with them for the following reasons: 1. I had a first time meeting set up with an attorney. I attended the meeting as scheduled.     It's all started when I used Legalzoom to take care my company business licenses, and somehow I couldn't find copy of the invoice. So I requested an email on 12/09 if they can email me copy of my invoice. I kept requested couple more times 12/ 14 & 12/15 since no response, finally somebody responded and told me it wasn't the correct email and directed to submit the request online.
